1. Delivery Information
We deliver our beautiful wigs across Kenya.
- Nairobi & surrounding areas: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations in Kenya: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery fees: Calculated based on your location and confirmed before payment.
- Order processing: In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, courier schedules, and location.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team will confirm your purchase and provide delivery information.
Please ensure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct.
3. Returns & Exchanges
At Lumina Crown Hairs, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective wig, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
To help us review your request:
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Keep the wig, lace, tags, and original packaging.
- Avoid wearing, washing, cutting, colouring, or altering the wig before contacting us.
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for wigs that have been worn, installed, washed, or altered.
This does not affect your rights to remedies for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products under applicable Kenyan consumer protection laws.
4. Refunds
Once a return is received and assessed, we will communicate the available resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method within 5–10 business days, where applicable.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please contact us promptly.
Where an error is confirmed to be ours, Lumina Crown Hairs will cover the reasonable cost of correcting it.
